Alpha release!

Howdy, folks! In my heart of hearts, I truly meant to do another 199X game or two, but the idea for this popped into my head and largely came together over the course of a single night! I don't have layout on it yet because this game is unfinished at present, but my hope is to eventually both bulk it out with specific settings (offering new Talents in the process) and a nicer visual pass.

194X - Core! is the base rules, for creating your globe-trotting pulp Heroes, with a generator for adventures on a radio-age Earth gone weird! 194X - The Vessel is an optional add-on for a travel subsystem and a mobile home base (choice of Boat or Plane, with a teaser for a future setting that adds Rockets) that I'm honestly feeling pretty good about; that Rocket option is for an alternate setting Princex of the Stardust Sea, which shifts the action to the pirate-haunted flying islands of a distant gas giant! I'll try and have Princex done soon.
